This application implements a solution that enables secure data exchange with citizens. The data are modeled in certificates that provide personalized information to citizens and can be presented physically or digitally. Examples of such certificates include the individual health card, sports center membership card, library card, youth card, among others.

The data is stored on the citizen's device and collected encrypted, allowing full control over them. Users will have the explicit permission to use, share, or delete those verifiable certificates at any time directly from the application.

Technical mechanisms for information exchange send encrypted and signed data to ensure security. Encryption guarantees that only citizens can see the data, and the signatures ensure the information's origin. The secure transport of data relies on the Eusko Jaurlaritza services, based on the use of services from the European Union and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
